i Called, U.R. about a appointment regarding high pain level in my right kidney and bladder area as i had surgery on my right kidney but it was opened up with quite an amazing bit of surgery, saved my cancerous kidney for another 15 years by David Hald. Given my long history as a patient with Dr. Goode, I am in large part appreciative of his attention to detail and what would be considered his bedside manners. In the larger picture that includes appointment availability, Front desk friendliness, patient portal interactions via messaging, etc has always been top notch, however most recently my experience with the patient portal messaging replies has been lacking when needed most.
