Dr Goode, was awesome. Great personality, listened to my issues, informed me of what the different steps were that we would take. Definitely recommend Dr Goode. Trying to get a problem solved through the staff, is a different story. Called left message to change my script a couple times, never heard back. This is a very important issue. If you can’t get a call back, or the problem fixed, then it doesn’t matter how great Dr Goode is.
Given my long history as a patient with Dr. Goode, I am in large part appreciative of his attention to detail and what would be considered his bedside manners. In the larger picture that includes appointment availability, Front desk friendliness, patient portal interactions via messaging, etc has always been top notch, however most recently my experience with the patient portal messaging replies has been lacking when needed most.
Dr Goode is a truly talented professional. Very few doctors can remove kidney stones. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Goode’s skills.
He scoped me, found my problem, and removed a sizeable stone and an old surgery staple in my bladder and removed both at the same visit. Kuddos to Dr Goode and to the two very able attendants! They made me comfortable eliminated anxiety.
Appointment was for MORRIS FENNER. Always feel relieved when blood draw results come out OK. After procedure was with Dr. goode, office tried to switch appointment to another doctor or practitioner. I feel comfortable with Dr. goode and know I;m in good hands with him.
