The staff is RUDE as hell and they are billing me for things they are NOT submitting to my insurance company and they are an IN-NETWORK PROVIDER. This place is nothing but SCAM ARTISTS and my family and I will never go back to them again. I also reported them to my insurance company and I won't stop until something is done about them.
WORST Customer Service ever! The staff was more interested in attending a luncheon instead of caring for their patient. I was forced to pay my bill while still in the chair being prepped for surgery and was immediately put out of the office afterwards before my ride could pick me up. The staff (including Dr. Rollar) were rushing to attend a luncheon and forced me (along with my oxygen tank) to sit outside on the curb in 96 degree heat to wait for my ride.
