This is a long review. But I feel like if your reviewing a place to spend your hard earned money at and park ur butt calling it home, you want the scoop. Good and bad. I came to Rolling Hills a little over 2 years ago due to a friend's recommendation. She had lived here for 3 years and liked it. She bragged on Dan the maintenance man, and now I see why. The location is good and the neighborhood is safe. The best part about this place is Regina, the manager and Dan, the maintenance man. They are on-the-spot when you have an issue and Dan is quick about his business. The worst part about this place is that the people who live here don't care about anything. The parking lot is always littered up and dog poop is left right where it drops more often than not.
