I am still in the application process, however, I was so pleased thus far and wanted to share my experience. I saw the apartments while driving today and called from the number on the sign to inquire on availability. Regina immediately answered and was so kind, knowledgeable, and informative about the process. She explained everything to me, and got an application sent over the same day. The application process was seamless and very easy to follow. If you are looking for a place, I highly suggest this one!
I want to say a special thank you to Dan and Regina for being amazing people. We lived here for 3 years and were treated with the upmost respect. Also anytime we had anything come up it was fixed in a timely manner. Our neighbors were great people to have around our kids. I’m just grateful for being part of a good community. We are sad to leave but it’s a new chapter in our lives. I would recommend living here to the people closest to me.
We are current residents here! We've been here for about two and a half years! And, we couldn't be more happy! We've lived in just about every other apartment complex in town and have never been treated with the respect, kindness and courtesy that has been shown to us here at Rolling Hills! We have been here almost two years and I have to say that it is one of the best places I have lived. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and staff here always keep up with curb appeal by making sure that the property is clean and tidy. Lawn service is here regularly and the trash is emptied multiple times a week. We have very few nonissue work orders and they have all been completed quickly and efficiently.
