The location is good and the neighborhood is safe. The best part about this place is Regina, the manager and Dan, the maintenance man. They are on-the-spot when you have an issue and Dan is quick about his business. The worst part about this place is that the people who live here don't care about anything. The parking lot is always littered up and dog poop is left right where it drops more often than not. Apart from your own apartment, the place is generally a pigsty and there's nothing management can do to keep up with it. ... read more
