This is my second time using Roman & Austin. I was so impressed with how they handled my first auto accident case (2018) and how I was treated as a client, that I did not hesitate for a moment to hire them again to handle my auto accident case in 2023. Roman Austin came through when I was in my worst place. After the accident having no transportation they helped navigate how to handle the property damage and made sure I was receiving great care during my recovery. Checking in on a regular basis. Always available after hours and on the weekend, they are family oriented and care about their clients. John and the entire team superseded expectations.
