He picked up my phone calls 9/10 times and responded quickly %100 of the time. Their team was nice and helpful as well. They were all kind and courteous throughout the case. I was hit by a Tesla on my bike in May. John + his team were so helpful with my case. John was able to get me the full policy in settlement without going to court.
