I chose Roman Austin because of their stellar reviews and after talking with miles on the phone. He was very kind from the get go. He picked up my phone calls 9/10 times and responded quickly %100 of the time. Their team was nice and helpful as well. They were all kind and courteous throughout the case. I was hit by a Tesla on my bike in May. John + his team were so helpful with my case. John was able to get me the full policy in settlement without going to court. Not to mention that they are overall super kind, down to earth people. It was a pleasure working with them!!
