My 11 year old daughter was biking to school and was struck by a driver while in a crosswalk. The driver fled the scene and was eventually identified and arrested. Roman-Austin took our managed everything with the man's auto insurance. They made the process absolutely effortless for me which was a huge relief so i was able to focus on my daughter.
