Note this in regards to the Lifestance televisit app, not Ron Lewis, who is a great therapist. Login and Televisit app is very difficult to navigate. Very difficult to get 3 parties together and meet. RON can figure it out but not other practitioners. 15-20 min into session we get connected and can start the therapy due to technical issues. . Occurs every time 3 of us try to meet in zoom app. Another hit on Lifestance, Difficult to use phone to cancel or change appt. Not happy
Ron was a great counselor who spends the time to review your history, asks good probing questions, allows you to answer without interruption, and his advice is not judgmental.
Very Experienced, I am hoping to learn a lot from our meetings.
