Initial appointments and support went well, very thorough I thought she was a great listener, and i was genuinely haply to finally have found what I thought was a great provider. However, the lack of lieniency or any type of support for 1st responders is now forcing me to consider an alternative provider. Of course they'll use the excuse of "thats our policy", but thats just a copout so they can get their $150 regardless of the mental health or well being if the patient. My experience with Lifestance and Dr. Lyon has always been excellent.. They are dependable, easy to schedule appointments with, and most importantly serve with care. Dr. Lyon is an excellent doctor! Dr. Lyons is the best! Super approachable and a great health care provider. Not only does she give you the tools to improve your quality of life, she also gives you homework to stay on top of your progress. Highly recommend!
