I initiated contact after hearing about roof Maxx and researching the product. Mark was very informative and continued to check in with me while I was making my decision. Once I decided to use roof Maxx, Mark was able to schedule my service quickly. He contacted me immediately when they were running a little late on the service date so I knew what was happening. Once the crew arrived they worked quickly and professionally. The roof looks much better than before. The tiles seem to be laying flatter and are more pliable, and t... read more
The best experience I have had. There were 3 roofers here to check prior to Roof Maxx checking my roof. Every one of them came down with that sad look shaking their head saying "I have some bad news". The response after was that if the worse roof I have ever seen. I don't know why it didn't leak in more place. Or, I hate into tell you, it's bad, new roof is definitely needed. Workers were extremely professional. It took two days to complete job. Day one roof was washed with Rood Max solution to clean grit and grime off roof. Day two Roof Max application to roof. Product actually renewed my roof. Roof looks great and I told friends and neighbors about Roof Max and would recommend it. Save me quite a bit of money in not replacing old roof with new one.
Great customer service. Total turnaround time from quote to completion was 48 hours. All of my questions and concerned were answered no mess to clean up. Staff was very friendly and professional complete inspection of Roof. repairs and spray was completed within three hours. my shingles are 25 years old. They look almost new.. 👍saved 💰💰 Compared to replacing entire roof.
This is probably the best investment we made in a long time. We had some leaks going on.Nothing major. But since we had our roof done by Roof Maxx we have not had a single problem. And after this latest snowstorm I checked roof, no heat loss. Looked @ neighbors houses around us and lots of heat loss. THANK YOU ROOF MAXX! I would absolutely recommend this company. All the associates are fantastic and will work with you. Very enjoyable crew!
