I initiated contact after hearing about roof Maxx and researching the product. Mark was very informative and continued to check in with me while I was making my decision. Once I decided to use roof Maxx, Mark was able to schedule my service quickly. He contacted me immediately when they were running a little late on the service date so I knew what was happening. Mark Anthony contacted me after leaving a message on the website regarding information on the Roof Max. I was surprised when he called back so quickly and was able to schedule a meeting within a few days. His crew came with him and after checking my roof(I was getting the lines in it) he told me it was still very pliable even though I was seeing a lot of the flakes from the shingles. Workers were extremely professional. It took two days to complete job. Day one roof was washed with Rood Max solution to clean grit and grime off roof. Day two Roof Max application to roof. Product actually renewed my roof. Roof looks great and I told friends and neighbors about Roof Max and would recommend it. Save me quite a bit of money in not replacing old roof with new one.
