The best experience I have had. There were 3 roofers here to check prior to Roof Maxx checking my roof. Every one of them came down with that sad look shaking their head saying "I have some bad news". The response after was that if the worse roof I have ever seen. I don't know why it didn't leak in more place. Or, I hate into tell you, it's bad, new roof is definitely needed. I initiated contact after hearing about roof Maxx and researching the product. Mark was very informative and continued to check in with me while I was making my decision. Once I decided to use roof Maxx, Mark was able to schedule my service quickly. He contacted me immediately when they were running a little late on the service date so I knew what was happening. Mark Anthony contacted me after leaving a message on the website regarding information on the Roof Max. I was surprised when he called back so quickly and was able to schedule a meeting within a few days. His crew came with him and after checking my roof(I was getting the lines in it) he told me it was still very pliable even though I was seeing a lot of the flakes from the shingles.
