Dr. Roopitha Kaval is truly a fantastic doctor. She is kind and very knowledgeable in her field of training! I’m so happy that I was able to meet her and be treated by her! For once I have a Doctor that really cares about my needs!!
It was a virtual visit. Dr. Kaval was professional and courteous. Our conversation centered around how she could address my needs with minimal negative impact. Her nurse was very helpful in assisting me schedule the virtual visit; eventhough my request was made at the last minute.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Kaval, and she was nothing short of amazing. She truly listened to me, never made me feel rushed, answered all of my questions, and even ordered blood work to check for possible conditions that no other doctor had considered. I have been dealing with these issues since 2017, and no other doctor has mentioned what she brought up, yet it matched so many of my symptoms. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone. I’m so happy I found her.
Dr. Kaval has an awesome bedside manner. She is very caring and made me feel truly listened to during my first visit. I left feeling confident that I’m in good hands. Her MA, Anastasia & front desk staff were also very sweet and welcoming!
