Dr Kaval was so nice and put me at ease. She explained my condition in detail and was so informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family. I just wish it didn’t take so long to get an appointment. I expressed that to Dr. Kaval and she said she knows and that you are working on that!
Dr. Kaval is very kind and thoughtful. She handled me with care on my first visit. She was very knowledgeable about my condition and recommended treatment rather than the first thing being surgery. I look forward to having her on my care team.
Dr. Kaval is nice and very knowledgeable on what your conditions are. She took good care of me on my first visit and I am happy to be working with her and her great team of staff workers
I entered and was taken in early. The nurse was very friendly and nice. I didn’t wait long before the Doctor came in. She was very professional and thorough. I was impressed. This was my first visit to the B. R. Clinic since it was located on Goodwood. I had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor’s office was friendly and polite.
I hate to admit it, but, I have had less than pleasant appointments with some doctors. And it is really sad that the administrative staff don't do anything about the people who should not be doctors. Dr. Kaval is unique. She always takes more than enough time with me and that alone makes a patient have a feeling of self worth. I realize that she does not have a magic wand......but, she does make me feel better. I believe that she tries her best to solve my medical issues.
