I hate to admit it, but, I have had less than pleasant appointments with some doctors. And it is really sad that the administrative staff don't do anything about the people who should not be doctors. Dr. Kaval is unique. She always takes more than enough time with me and that alone makes a patient have a feeling of self worth. I realize that she does not have a magic wand......but, she does make me feel better. I believe that she tries her best to solve my medical issues. I entered and was taken in early. The nurse was very friendly and nice. I didn’t wait long before the Doctor came in. She was very professional and thorough. I was impressed. This was my first visit to the B. R. Clinic since it was located on Goodwood. I had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor’s office was friendly and polite.
My first appointment with Doctor Roopitha Kaval was a consultation. My history and treatment was discussed. She will try to research previous tests results and provide me a copy. An appointment for a biopsy was scheduled. After reviewing the test results, future treatment will be discussed. Doctor Roopitha was very professional and willing to seek out the appropriate treatment for me.
Dr Kaval is very nice she takes time to explain her test requirements and reasons for them when there are a number of possible diagnosis. She listens to the patient and answers every question in an easy to understand manner. She is very professional.
Very nice and professional doctor! Very patient and kind and understanding with me despite my social awkwardness and mildly stressed behavior with me repeatedly repeating info I've already said, haha. Understood my complicated living situation and provided solutions that help my uniquely fruatrating scenario.
