It's in the 40's and they have not put on HEAT!!!!!! WORST people EVER!!
I really can only give one star as I wouldn't say that their attention to the residence is that great. It is taking hours for someone to come out to the apartment to fix a maintenance emergency and that person still has yet to come. I keep hearing excuses on why they haven't come. I had stated originally no one was going to be home, and the excuse I got was that there was no one home. Common Sense would say to pick up the keys as they knew no one was going to be home to let themselves in. hours later & my emergency still is... read more
