Dr. Laos is a great provider ! She goes above and beyond to help the kiddos and families. My family has come to pediatrics associations from long generation- first with Dr Silva and now Dr Laos . The doctors and nurses are very good. But the wait is very long and it shouldn't. I had an appointment with my son at 3:00, we arrived at 2:20 and at 4:00 they still hadn't attended to us. It's frustrating, they should change that.
My husband brought our daughter here for the first time for her 10 year annual checkup as we just moved to Jacksonville. Both my husband and daughter raved about Dr. Hidalgo-Laos and her high level of care that she provided.
She is the best Pediatrician ! I love her! She’s a very nice person and has a lot of patience with the kids and parents. She explains everything very well.
I'll be very brief! I wouldn't recommend this doctor, not because she's incompetent or unprepared! She is truly professional. BUT she's always very busy, her appointments are very long, and when the appointment is approaching, or even an hour or 30 minutes away, they call to cancel and then extend it even further. This is worrying and unpleasant for me because if I'm waiting more than a month to see her, it's because she's monitoring my children, and I want to discuss health questions and referrals to specialists with her!
