I’m please with the latest management as they are taking the necessary steps to make the much needed repairs, weekly grounds cleaning and maintaining the apartment complex safe from uninvited patrons. The property manager is very responsive and keeps the tenants updated with policies and notices. Thank you
- There hasn't been an on-site manager at this location in at least a year - Any requests I've made via email have either been slow to respond or completely unresponsive. I'm actually not sure who to contact for anything because there's not communication. - I'm currently dealing with a dangerous, hazardous electrical wiring issue that has not been resolved. - Washer and dryer units break regularly.
They don’t answer the phone, emails, or texts. There is black mold in my apartment and I am sick of them doing nothing about it.
