Rosehaven is awesome! Sherri in the office is good people, always there with a smile. Her staff is on point. The property is well maintained. Even after a major storm the debris is picked up by the next morning. Both pools are always clean & clear. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an RV lot, or a mobile home in a 55+ facility.

my wife and I have lived here going on 8 years, have seen mgmnt come and go, and I think Sherri and Lori are the best, I give them 5 stars all the way around, and lets not forget Zack our maintenance man, doing a great job, we will live the rest of our lives here in AJ. Dan Pollick space #49

This is in regards to pricing. Again they are raising prices and I realize everything is going up but it use to be a nominal amount each year like $15.00 now it’s almost a $50.00 increase. That is a tremendous amount when you are on a fixed income. And it is not gated for security, the streets are so dark it’s not advisable to walk after dusk. If they insist on these high rent increases, why not address things to increase safety like street lights or making it a gated community . Things that will make the residents feel... read more
