Dr Prejean is a highly empathetic and intelligent physician. I can’t recommend her more highly! She and her staff always make time to explain and provide helpful advice on problematic issues.
Yesterday was my first visit. I'm not from baton rouge. I'm 3 hrs away, because we don't have any good dermatologist near my home. That was the best 3 hrs I've spent to go see a doctor. Ms. Rosemary was very polite and helpful. I been to a lot of doctors for my situation, and she is the first one to actually ask me about the problem, and actually waited until I was completely finished before she started with her recommendations. My experience was great. I was nervous when I arrived, as soon as I met Dr. Prejean and her nurse, my nerves were settled because of the wonderful care I was given.
Doctor Prejean and staff are excellent folks. Extremely efficient yet so easy to talk to. She removed a small cyst for me in no time. Numbed it up and I didn't feel a thing, not even the shots to numb it. Zip, ZIP, zip and she was DONE! In like 5 minutes, including dressing and bandages! ROCK STARS! 100%
Dr. Prejean is awesome. She spent time and explain everything she was doing through my exam and what the condition I had with my foot an skin. She answers all my questions and concerns. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
