I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Prejean very quickly, especially because I’m a new patient. I sat down in the waiting room and was called back immediately. The lady who went over all my info was super nice and thorough. Dr. Prejean came in within a few minutes and was super nice and listened to everything I had to say. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
She was very kind, knowledgeable and caring. She listen to me and didn’t just rush to the next patient. She even asked if I had any questions or concerns about anything else most doctors just leave and don’t ask if you have any questions. She explained everything very well so I would understand. Her nurse was very nice as well!
Appreciated that I was able to get an immediate appointment. Wait time was maybe 10 min in lobby and less than 5 for Dr. Prejean to see me. She was very sweet and took time explaining different options for treatment. Her response time to a question I had about my medication through the patient portal was also quick.
Dr. Prejean’s attention to detail is unmatched. So is her bedside manner. I thought it was just going to be a new patient visit, but she actually started treating me and addressing issues during that appointment!
The entire office was professional, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Prejean listened to my concerns and very patiently addressed all of them. She used language that I could understand, and before leaving made sure I understood everything. Highly recommend, even though i would like to gatekeep her for myself! lol. Great dr
