I have to say I don't CHAT! My first chat was when I called Rosenbaum and Rosenbaum. I answered questions asked of me but I felt like I was talking to another person. I went through the screening process and was told someone would contact in a few days. A couple of days later I spoke with an attorney who asked questions about my accident.
