Love it! I've been living here for a few months now! Is a lovely community, units are spacious, well maintained and the residents are friendly! Staff is responsive and there's great communication!

Great Place to call home I've lived at Rosewood for several months now and I truly feel like its my home. The residents are all very friendly and the onsite staff, maintenance and grounds crew are very responsive to any issues. All the staff at Franklin Properties office are very helpful and truly care about people and go the extra mile in helping make a place a home. Wonderful place, a very good value for the money.
