I’ve been a customer and enjoyed playing at Rosie’s in Vinton Virginia. They need to upgrade the point system where your horse bets are counted towards free play. Some of the free gifts given out on Sundays are good some not worth your time. The staff are helpful and will help you in any way they can. Now the bad.
