I have to start by saying about 2 years ago I applied and was denied due to my credit. I was upset and had a bad taste about this company. They told me if I fixed my credit I could reapply. I moved in with family for sometime and worked on my credit then got burned when I rented with another management company. I found this house down the road and it had a Rossman sign. Beware, they will attempt to keep your security deposit claiming damages that have been documented in initial walkthrough. Keep all photos you take for your battle. they will do anything possible to keep your deposit.
This company is not a great one! Expect to be billed for normal wear and tear when you move out plus another months rent!!!!! NEVER rent from them!!!
