Lived in Round tree apartments for three years. Worst apartment complex ever. We had loud neighbors fighting at night time all the time. Lots of problems with neighbors. While living there in 2022 in December I had gotten hit by a car and I was on the third floor had so much trouble getting up and down the stairs did Round tree care no they wouldn’t even accommodate to my needs at all. I've only seen the townhomes here. Some of them are really nice, up to date, and some even come with your own little fenced in yard. These would be perfect for a family with kids or a dog. I've also seen other townhomes here that are out of date, need work, and don't really come with much of a yard. I guess it depends on how much you are willing to pay.
Not a happy tenant and we've been here 8 years! Rent goes up every year and customer service gets worse every year! No one ever answers when I call the office nor do my voicemails get return calls. The POOL should've opened almost a month ago. Been great swimming weather but NO POOL and no discount on our rent for not having this amenity! The quality of tenants has drastically fallen. My friend has been without a for a week and was told it would be fixed 3 times this week and now it will have to wait till Monday the property and maintenance manager are aware and currently don't care about the animals or people inside the apartment this is what you can expect from the McKinley if you choose to go with one of their apartments
