So far our experience with RoundTree has been amazing! Brooke & Dylan are more than helpful, kind, and timely with their communication. Applying was easier than we thought and we got accepted within two days of applying. Will update my review based on actually living there, as reviews have previously expressed some issues.
Have lived here 8 1/2 years. Other than a rude and LOUD tenant in the building, I've enjoyed living here. Smoking issue in the building has been resolved and I can breath well again! Spencer from maintenance is AWESOME and so is Sydney from Accounting! Office staff is always changing. The portal is helpful when it works. Still wish there was the drop off slot for rent payments for elderly who aren't internet savvy and don't have a vehicle. So much going on in this world nowadays. I visit my family members once or twice a week at Roundtree. They’ve never expressed any significant complaints besides the normal stuff in apartment complex living. Recently in the last couple of months, it’s gotten pretty bad. In the evenings and on weekends it’s a totally different environment. I’ve witnessed random cars parking next to the nearby dumpster of their apartment and the random individual continues to unzip his pants and urinate on the ground by the dumper, showing his genitals. I've truly enjoyed my time at Roundtree and never experienced any issues that weren’t promptly addressed by maintenance or management. In particular, Brooke with the management team was incredibly helpful—I’m extremely grateful for her professionalism and kindness throughout my time here.
The best complex in the Ann Arbor and Ypsi area for those seeking a combination of high quality and affordability. Tops Spice Tree and the other McKinley options. Safe, nice fitness center, nice newly renovated pool, and kind community members. Most pet friendly spot in the area, as well. 40 minute bus ride into Ann Arbor, 40 minute drive to Detroit, 20 minute drive to Ann Arbor, and if you half the Ann Arbor times, you have your downtown Ypsi times.
