The service is terrible and the technicians do not have experience. The price is too high to replace a piece, and the labor alone is $1000. They left everything loose in the car without securing it. I would not recommend it to anyone. The supervisor is a person without education, they do not know how to treat a customer.
My Worst Experience Ever — They Crashed My Car. Future customers, please read‼️ On June 21st, 2025, I visited Route 22 Toyota for a simple oil change and routine maintenance. When I was told the car was “ready,” it took noticeably longer than usual to get it back. Oddly enough, it came back freshly washed — something they’ve never done before during my previous visits. I have always had a pleasant experience. At my last visit recently, Mike T was awesome! His customer service is top tier! I really appreciated the time he took to explain things and how helpful he was. Mike made a stressful situation go so smoothly.
Outstanding experience! Finding this service center was a lifesaver after a nearby dealership gave me an outrageous quote. They handled the timing belt and water pump on my Lexus SC430 for a fraction of the price, all while providing superior customer service. The waiting area is spacious, clean, and highly modern. Robin truly went above and beyond to make it a seamless visit. 10/10 recommend!
My dealer Daniel was amazing! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and he delivered. I originally had a different color in mind, but he suggested something else—and I ended up loving it even more. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
