Website was easy to use to rent my unit and the rates were affordable. However, I couldn't remove the tag from my door without a pair of pliers, which I didn't have with me and it was after regular business hours... Of course! So I have to wait until tomorrow to gain access, because the gate locks at 10pm.

We visited the facility the day before Thanksgiving. The unit size we were interested in was not available but there was a chance one would open up on the weekend. The 2 men in the office were friendly and very helpful. They took our information and said to check back on the weekend. We came home a few hours later and a message from the office stated they had 2 smaller units available and to call. We did and they reserved a unit for us to see the day after Thanksgiving. They have the poorest set up for leaving. The way the poles are situated around the box that you have to put the security number into sucks. Absolutely no commo sense was wasted on thar project. Something so simple you would think it couldn't get screwed up, well think again, they managed to screw it up.

They made the signing the paperwork for the unit a smooth process and it's conveniently close to highway. The staff are friendly and professional. The grounds are always clean with secure entry and exit. I recommend if looking for a storage unit facility.

I having trouble finding a reasonably priced storage unit and then I found route 33 Self Store! The location is great as its right off the highway. And the staff are very helpful, accommodating and they respond quickly to questions. Great experience and I highly recommend.
