Upon arrival the girls immediately went to the activities in the waiting room while I filled out double paperwork for twins. The staff in the front was very friendly. Shortly we were called back and the dentist and others who were back there gave my twin girls the best 1st Dentist appointment they could possibly have. The girls weren't scared at all they showed them lots of love and talked to them making it more comforting. They also gave them lolipops and toothbrush bags. My Grandson had a bad tooth ache. So not only did they see us right away the first day. They also saw him twice the next day. Because of my concerns. They are very professional and kind. Im very happy that Dr Neito and his staff are my grandkids New dentist office.
Great service. Made my daughter feel comfortable during treatment and the whole process.
This place is a mess. I tried to talk to the receptionist for some answers about an appointment she didn't have anything to say. I asked if I could talk to the Dr. She said no hes in a meeting. She basically didn't know how to answer me so she kept putting me on hold without even saying anything. She sound like a broken record. She could've just let me talk to a supervisor or someone else who could give me answers instead of putting me on hold 8 times.
