Dentist and his assistant were very nice and efficient only problem I had was at checkout with the woman doing the checkout appointments,kept giving me and attitude and cutting me off with the questions I was asking her regarding what the appointments were for and I repeatedly told her I needed the appointments after 1pm and she kept offering morning appointments and would get an attitude with me every time I asked her if there was anything after 1pm as I had clearly already said I needed them after 1pm so I don’t understand... read more
The male dentist has been helpful and very good with the kids. Other staff could benefit from a simple customer service training in working with the public. They are often late and seem to be bothered at any questions you may have. This is across the board for the front desk staff. If it wasn't for the male dentist we probably would not come back. Customer service is that bad!
The room did not seem like it was cleaned, therefore I assume it wasn’t sanitized prior to them putting us in the room. As I was waiting for the dentist to come in I noticed the floor right next to the bed had red dried up residue, to me it looked like dried up blood, the same residue/ blood was on the cabinets behind the bed. My both boys had been going to Route 66 Children's Dentistry for years my oldest 27 now is still got no cavities sees a Dentist. Closer to home but our 15yr old every 6 months gets cleaning and checkup Proud to say also NO Cavities. The entire Staff are friendly. Have recommended to friends and family.
I was just a little upset on having to wait 45 minutes for my first appointment but the girls were nice, place clean, I was pleased to hear them speaking Spanish to clients. All seemed friendly, thank you ,my foster child liked everyone.
