Doesn’t call patients back when requested a call back specifically from her, after having specified not an another member of her care team, and not a RN, but the practitioner herself. Instead, it gets pawned off to someone else. Getting referrals sent outside of OSF has also been a continued issue, often resulting in a delay of patient care. Roxie is a great human, but OSF doesn’t adequately support practitioners or patients, resulting in a reduction of patient care. It has progressively gotten worse over the past 3 years.... read more
She was wonderful and very personable. The staff were amazing from check in to check out. I really felt listened to and appreciate the care I received. Highly recommend.
