You probably have a better chance of getting someone at The White House on the phone than their servicing department. I brought my vehicle in yesterday because my TPMS was having problems, and after spending almost $2,000 for them to basically fix everything else on my car, my TPMS light is still acting up (even after I attempted to recalibrate it). I've tried calling my service advisor 3 times today and neither him nor anyone else in the department can seem to help me.

I went in on a Saturday to view cars and made the decision on a Tuesday. They had everything ready for me when I got off of work that day to where I didn’t have to wait for many hours. Had an appointment this morning Came in with a minor issue. I knew exactly what was wrong and how it can be fixed. I pointed it out to the technician. They told me that they would need to run a diagnostic treatment to figure out what was wrong and would be $250 regardless if it was fixed or not just to find out what the problem was despite the fact, I told him exactly what the problem was.
