Every time I have been to Royal Honda for any type of service they are always friendly, courteous, and professional. I haven’t had the opportunity to have my same service advisor each time I visit, however that is fine because each one treats you same as mentioned. Usually I would say good things but my experience this go around was disappointing..I was told the service on my car would take a few hours to my car being held for 5 days with no communication unless I called. Sean definitely stepped up and helped and got everything taken care when he wasn’t even my advisor and I appreciate that. But I still feel like me as customer I was undervalued with my experience. To be without a car for 5 days no communication and no type let’s fix it. Idk I’m just disappointed this go around.
I have had nothing but great service at this dealership. Recently I had to go in for a repair and Sean made sure it was done quickly & he got me in immediately.
Royal Honda has excellent customer service because there is always staff outside to greet there customers. Royal Honda is very busy and everyone's works hard, so it's best to come first thing in the morning(7:30) Don is very friendly and gives his customers a warm greeting, as well as takes the time with his customers to answer any questions and give explanations. He is a conscientious worker and a very genuine person.
