Aton and Marco are the men you want to work with! I had my previous car for 9 year so I was nervous about getting a new car. They made the whole new car process so smooth and easy! I went in on a Saturday to view cars and made the decision on a Tuesday. They had everything ready for me when I got off of work that day to where I didn’t have to wait for many hours. Great experience and great car! I would recommend these two to anyone!
We dropped our Honda Pilot off the day before we were scheduled for a service appointment. Check in was friendly and quick. Received a text message from our service advisor, Roy, that the techs were able to start working on our car (maintenance service and 2 recall issues). To our surprise the work was completed the day before our actual scheduled appointment!! Roy communicated well and let us know what was going on every step of the process. Royal Honda provided a very wonderful service. Due to a manufacturers defect, my air condition was not working. The process was very simple. I dropped my car off. They called me when it was ready. I picked it up service with a smile. Joey was my service representative and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Thank you for such wonderful customer service.
