Had an appointment this morning Came in with a minor issue. I knew exactly what was wrong and how it can be fixed. I pointed it out to the technician. They told me that they would need to run a diagnostic treatment to figure out what was wrong and would be $250 regardless if it was fixed or not just to find out what the problem was despite the fact, I told him exactly what the problem was. Aton and Marco are the men you want to work with! I had my previous car for 9 year so I was nervous about getting a new car. They made the whole new car process so smooth and easy! I went in on a Saturday to view cars and made the decision on a Tuesday. They had everything ready for me when I got off of work that day to where I didn’t have to wait for many hours. We dropped our Honda Pilot off the day before we were scheduled for a service appointment. Check in was friendly and quick. Received a text message from our service advisor, Roy, that the techs were able to start working on our car (maintenance service and 2 recall issues). To our surprise the work was completed the day before our actual scheduled appointment!! Roy communicated well and let us know what was going on every step of the process.
