Edit: The most unprofessional experience of almost any company I've ever interacted with. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Royal Detox was amazing! Best experience you can have during one of the most difficult times in your life. Nick, Josh, Hannah, Carlen and James are the best BHTs!! They made the whole experience so much easier and more fun! Serena and Michelle are amazing nurses. Stephen the case manager is awesome and gives you candy!! All the group facilitators are super helpful and knowledgeable. The food is 9 out of 10. The facility is clean and comfortable. From intake to the unit I felt welcome unjudged and more appreciated then guilty. I met with nurses 2 therapists Nick BHT Steve the entire staff was outstanding. They even took my requests out of respect and I got my own room. It wasn't a promise or a guarantee so don't expect it. But they do try and meet your needs mentally emotionally physically socially spiritual all to the best of their ability. 24/7 snacks round tv in every room.
