Edit: The most unprofessional experience of almost any company I've ever interacted with. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and money and find another treatment center. Feel free to hit Troy up (picture) and ask him about how he and his staff are irresponsible, dishonest, and downright unprofessional. Royal Detox was amazing! Best experience you can have during one of the most difficult times in your life. Nick, Josh, Hannah, Carlen and James are the best BHTs!! They made the whole experience so much easier and more fun! Serena and Michelle are amazing nurses. Stephen the case manager is awesome and gives you candy!! All the group facilitators are super helpful and knowledgeable. The food is 9 out of 10. The facility is clean and comfortable. This was my first experience through treatment and it was really great! James, my case manager was amazing and really individualized my treatment based on my needs. Colleen, my therapist was also very cool and understanding. I love all the BHTs. The culture here was like family.

I came to royal life looking for a fresh start and I’m glad I did.. this is by far one of the best treatment centers in Arizona period.. The staff at royal really cares for their clients and Steven the case manager helped me with all the things I needed to get done to move forward in their aftercare programs. Please if you are struggling with mental health and addiction, give them a chance to help.. if you really want a better life they will make it possible.. thank you royal life :) for everything..
