Knowing I was going to have to put out a lot of money to replace my AC and furnace was very stressful. I was so grateful to have a Royal representative (Landon) come into my home and be honest and show empathy for me and our situation. Royal replaced our old boiler with a new High Efficiency Boiler and Tankless water heater combo. We had three great technicians Bryton, Devin, & Trevor, who clearly took pride in their work and enjoyed their job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the people, workmanship, service, and the products they installed. We were very impressed. Ty was my Service Tech for my A/C tune up today. He did a fantastic job! He recommended a couple of items today to make my system run cleaner and pointed out some items to watch in the future for possible replacement. No pressure, just recommendations which I appreciated.
