I was nervous that I was going to be taken for a ride and additional costs would arise when James from Royal installed my Central Air while I was at work. I was right and extra things did come up but James handled everything and didn’t charge me a penny more than what I agreed to. Royal replaced our old boiler with a new High Efficiency Boiler and Tankless water heater combo. We had three great technicians Bryton, Devin, & Trevor, who clearly took pride in their work and enjoyed their job. These guys are absolutely amazing! They showed up on time, got right to work, and knocked the job out quickly and efficiently. Bryton and Arturo were incredibly respectful, helpful, and hardworking — they went above and beyond to get our furnace up and running. Royal has earned my loyalty, I won’t ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs. My house flooded on a random evening in June, and I had no idea why. I called Royal (after business hours) and they came over immediately, in less than an hour. They brought a shopvac and helped me clean up all the water from the flood that night, and they were back the next day to identify the cause of the flood and get it fixed (my downstairs toilet had a large clog which caused it to erupt and flood my entire downstairs).
