I was very impressed with company. They were very considerate of what I was going through at the time. They ask me a few questions and off they went and a couple of days later I had a approval. Of course I had to show some paperwork. But once I did it was down hill from there. I am very satisfied and happy with the professionalism and quickness on the compan. I will let all know about them.

Reece Lafferty has been very informative and helpful with any and all questions concerning this procedure to obtain this loan from you, and believe me I had a bunch of questions. Although I initially was looking for information and advice about getting a loan, Daniel quickly convinced me I needed to go through the process. As he gathered information, he kept me informed and made my needs seem very important to him. My experience with Royal United Mortgage was outstanding one. This is a top rated company, and provides excellent details on your loan options,and met my financial goals. My refinance was excellent, and got back more money than I expected. The atmosphere, and closing went quickly. I would recommend Cole Bone, and his experience, along with his great team he has.
