I have a similar experience to others. We're supposed to be in the middle of "closing" right now, but he has not even put up the earnest money, and the title company he said he was using has never even heard of me. I don't know what the point is to string me along for almost 45 days.
Absolutely ridiculous signed a contract on 1-21-2025.. Lee would send periodic messages stating everything was moving along and that it was happening. He then quit answering our messages and left us in the dark. Last we heard title was clear and he was processing our paperwork as quickly as possible that was over a week ago! Now here we are at our 30 days and still hadn't heard a word!
