This company is led by distrustful and corrupt individuals that will absolve themselves of any blame if anything is to go wrong on their properties. My parked vehicle was knowingly damaged by their maintenance team and both parties are purposefully withholding their information to correctly resolve the situation. I would warn other individuals, whether owner or tenant, to think twice if they are to conduct business with them. Good day.
The incompetence displayed by this Property Management company has reached a level of absurdity that defies logic. It’s almost a satirical example of how to run a bad business and frustrate your landlord clients. As a background I’m a Finance Executive in a large Technology company. Gorgeous property in a fantastic location. We had a few minor issues, but the property managers were incredibly responsive.
