Recommended5 STARS We just had our pool completed in 6 weeks. It turned out better than we could EVER imagine. Tom & Bobby are amazing. Superior customer service; communication; organization; and quality. They were there every step of the way and helped out on every detail needed. Absolutely LOVE our rock slide & grotto! Very professional and would recommend to everyone looking for a pool!
I am very pleased with the work that this company did on our remodel. From start to finish they were exceedingly professional, efficient and productive. After meeting with several pool contractors, my husband and I signed a contract with R.T. Malins. From our first meeting with Tom, all of our questions were answered and our concerns were eased. While we heard from many companies that the project would take 9-12 weeks to complete, Tom said they would have it completed in just 4 weeks. They began pool construction on July 24th. We met Tom on our community app page because we needed a landscape drawing. When we discovered he worked for a pool builder we had him give us an estimate to update our 16 year old pool. The end result is fabulous, beyond our expectations! They said it would be done in 2 weeks, and it was, even with a little hiccup with stone work. Great customer service!! If we ever build a new pool, we will definitely use Mallins!
