Worth every penny. Emergency ice dam situation. Water coming in. After hours, freezing conditions, dark. RTD listed on Google - 24 HR service. Called, immediate response (Leah, the awesome), dispatch w/in 3 hrs. 2 man crew showed, (austin), set up w/ efficiency, w/in 15 min, steaming process began. 4""thk ice, job completed w/in the 2 hr min. Outstanding effort, horrid conditions & crew toughed it out. Commend their dedication. Thank you RTD for being there & offering these services. You saved our day. Highly recommend
We used RTD for both pressure washing our house and deck and refinishing the deck. The pressure washing of both the house and deck were thorough. Because of the age of our deck, the stain did not leave much color (cedar). RTD was very understanding and sent crews back to apply additional coats until we were satisfied. Highly recommend RTD.
These guys were unbelievable. They came out at 10:00 PM and worked through the night in -12 degree weather to take care of our ice dam. They were absolute pros and saved our house from getting serious water damage. They were really responsive and helpful on the phone and great when they got here. Hopefully we don’t have to hire them again because hopefully this won’t happen again, but if it did, we would call them immediately without hesitation.
This was an emergency ice dam removal service. These guys showed up promptly and “worked like dogs “for four hours to steam clean the ice dams off of my roof and stop the leakage. The service was expensive, but it was in line with others that I called. I can’t overemphasize how hard these guys worked. Overall I am very satisfied with their service.
Roof to Deck is a great company! The field team is excellent as they cleaned, applied sealer to my shake roof and logged shakes that had to be replaced and cleaned windows and doors after each step. The schedulers in the office were excellent keeping us abreast of times and scheduling around intermittent showers. All in all a well run organization. D D Eagan Minnesota
