I saw Dr. Ahmad for an emergency and she did fantastic. I never had a tooth extracted so I was a bit nervous and scared. She was so nice and very fast. I was a big baby through it but she was so encouraging, patient, and friendly. If definitely recommend seeing her if possible. The assistant or hygentist was incredibly kind as well. They both made sure to tell me what was going on as well as give me detailed after care instructions multiple times asking with a printout. The staff at Ruby are always friendly and polite, but I had a number of problems with them. First, one filling left me unable to floss between two teeth. It was annoying me so I called to see if I could do a walk-in appointment for them to fix it. I was told no and had to wait until my next appointment days later. I said it would only take a few minutes, but was told again I had to wait. So, when I had them check it several days later, they did some filing, but the floss still didn't go up to my gum line. *Updated After Original Review!!* Part 1; (original review) DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Receptionist needs an attitude adjustment or needs a hospitality class! She will make you feel stupid for not receiving a text they was supposed to send to you! 2.5 hours there wasted a total of 5 hours out of my day for a receptionist to not do her job and then to treat a new patient like they are stupid as if we don't know how to use or receive a text. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Willis and the entire team at Ruby Dental & Braces! I recently had to get a crown put on one of my teeth and was a little nervous going in, but Dr. Willis made the entire process so easy and stress-free. My two years old son had his very first real dental visit, I was so nervous about how he'd react. Ruby dental team was incredible from the moment we worked in. They were so patient, calm, and knew how to talk to a toddler to make him feel comfortable. They were so gentle during the exam and cleaning, instead of being afraid, my son was actually smiling and seemed to enjoy himself! I am so thankful for their kindness and expertise.
