My husband and I to go to Ruby Tuesday's in the Leeds/Moody area. It had probably been 2 years since we had been there last......now we remember why. The restaurant was not even HALF full. We both ordered a mixed drink. My husband's drink was ALL ice and was gone in a half a sip. Then after an hour.....we still had not received our food. I have lived in Moody off and on my whole life. This Ruby Tuesday has been around longer than me, and was typically the only place open after a football game, so I have been here enough to see the restaurant change through the years. However, lately, the service in this store has been horrible lately. Today I called their store to place a togo order, I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. my wife went to ruby Tuesday in January with a very bad visit upon informing the manager about he told her he was sorry for the visit the only complaint I had was the hamburger I received from there was the awfullest 8 dollar burger I have ever tried to eat I guess the horse was not in season and if mr manager is reading this he might want to fulfill the promise he made to her as part of his apology for the neglecting feel free to contact me or not mr manager your service your words
