The directions when you get to the scale aren't very clear. It is a 2-way scale, and vehicles alternate, 1 in and 1 out. When you got to the dump location, there were no directions on where to dump.

Had no issues at all. The guy in the office trailer was pretty nice about everything and gave good clear direction as to where I needed to go while there.
They.NEVER answer their phone! It's always rings busy. No one is on the phone that long or that many times you try to call
