if I could give them a zero i would. this company is a joke. they charge you for gas which is ridiculous. my account should have been canceled almost 2 months ago. my trash hasn't even been picked up in that time but I'm still getting billed. this isn't the first time this has happen. The directions when you get to the scale aren't very clear. It is a 2-way scale, and vehicles alternate, 1 in and 1 out. When you got to the dump location, there were no directions on where to dump.
Trash guys do their jobs greatly but the people that are supposed to assist you when calling the 1-800 number, they suck!

Had no issues at all. The guy in the office trailer was pretty nice about everything and gave good clear direction as to where I needed to go while there.
