I'm being generous with three stars, only because any interactions with customer service I've had have been great. The price is absolutely outrageous for the service I receive. $115 for 3 months, when the pick up days are never, ever consistent. I'm not talking about when they have different pick up days for holiday schedules, I understand that. I mean when they completely don't pick up on a scheduled day without notice.

Service is good! Customer service is good! Pricing is RIDICULOUS! After 1 yr., rate increased $20. They’re greedy. The business is huge! They’re continually buying every smaller company, which usually have lower rates, then increasing that rate. This is a company that would still make millions giving customers better rates, in return, keeping more satisfied customers.

Prices continually increase which is understandable seeing that the cost of living goes up, but this is generally without warning and services offered are decreased at the same time. Beware there are some areas where they take less bags and do not take any larger items or boxes even if they are broken down. One positive is they are reliable.

We love our sanitation workers. They are consistent and always on time. It's a little frustrating when we see one worker driving the truck and picking up the trash alone, hopefully they are compensated accordingly when one person does the work of two+. Also, we would really love to have recycling.

We have had Rumpke service for 4 years. In that time, we have had 3 episodes of missed weekly service. One was due to snow, another due to road work and the third-we don’t know why. The only issue is this - if they miss your pickup, you call about it, they say someone will be out as soon as they can get a truck to the area, usually 1-2 days. The problem - no one ever comes back that week. Of the 3 episodes, all were finally picked up the following week. I guess 3 out of 200+ isn’t too bad, except you pay for WEEKLY pickup a... read more
