We set up a new account with them at the beginning of the month after moving. Almost a month later we have yet to receive our trash can we requested, and no one has ever been by to collect any trash. We will be canceling our account and taking our business elsewhere
70 dollars for the first ton. Even if it is only half a ton or 500 pounds you still have to pay the full 70.00. I believe they should at least only make you pay 35.00 for half a ton.
Scale house girls are always nice and funny, usually pretty quick in and out. Kept clean for a landfill.
I appreciate you guys and I know you work hard. You leave my empty garbage cans behind my mailbox now, so the mailman can get to my mailbox and I appreciate that. You always take what I set out (I’m going to be moving so getting rid of a lot). I think you give excellent service at a reasonable price.
I'm being generous with three stars, only because any interactions with customer service I've had have been great. The price is absolutely outrageous for the service I receive. $115 for 3 months, when the pick up days are never, ever consistent. I'm not talking about when they have different pick up days for holiday schedules, I understand that. I mean when they completely don't pick up on a scheduled day without notice.
