Anytime you have a complaint , customer service is very professional. They always send out reminders to people who forget that after a holiday your trash will be picked up the following day of your scheduled pick up. We have had only one minor instance with one of the drivers and it was immediately corrected. Thank you for all the good service we are receiving.
We have used Rumpke for over a decade now and have been nothing but pleased with the services they provide. The young man who drives our route is kind, hard-working & does his job really well! Rumpke should be very thankful to have him as an employee. My experience has always been that Rumpke goes above and beyond to make sure our waste removal needs are met. Thank you!
I have had Rumpke Waste removal for just over a year, and am very satisfied with their service. They're very reliable. Their office personnel are always there to help or answer questions and special requests. Bulk item removal fees are a bit high, but I'm sure competitors charge similar fees.
On Friday my dumpster was only half dumped. Called that morning to have it re dumped that the following week we could use it as normal. Never heard back from anyone so I called the following Wednesday. I was told it was packed in there too tight and to not do that again. News to me- don’t put heavy items in there.
