I am very disappointed. I have a loveseat sitting on my tree lawn for almost two weeks. I have it wrapped properly. They did not take it on garbage pickup day, and I have called repeatedly since then. They assure me that a driver has the order and will pick it up. Nope.
Absolutely terrible service! Frequently miss trash or recycle pick up. Sometimes only take half of what you have at the curb. Been waiting 72 hours for a return call for them to take the other can that they didn't take. They sure do hire only but the best that's forsure haha what a joke. Scum by far the worst collection service we have ever had
We had garbage pick up Wednesday, and their driver knocked down my Cherry Tree so hard that it uprooted from the soil. Okay, I get, accidents happen. But, here’s the kicker; their maintenance service came out and just moved the tree to the side and told me that they will take care of it. Now it’s Friday, and nothing happened! Shame on you Rumpers! Get it together you knuckleheads since Broadview Heights and us taxpayers are paying your wages ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
They have missed my trash pickup at my home twice in the past 3 months. Expect me to hold my trash for the following week. The second time this happened my trash pick up is on Friday they told me they would get it Monday then Tuesday and they told me Wednesday still no pick up. I talked with a supervisor by the name of Mike He had told me 2 occasions that my trash should be picked up and still was never picked up. The worst customer service.
Anytime you have a complaint , customer service is very professional. They always send out reminders to people who forget that after a holiday your trash will be picked up the following day of your scheduled pick up. We have had only one minor instance with one of the drivers and it was immediately corrected. Thank you for all the good service we are receiving.
