I have been a customer to Rumpke about two months now, they’ve skipped my trash pick up more then they have picked it up. It’s always something new. I live in a village so I have to buy stickers to place on the can. I have a email stating I need 1 sticker per 95-gallon can. They skipped it twice and told me I needed two. Fine, easy fix. I put two stickers on and now they’re skipping it because “ the stickers were placed in the incorrect spot”. Whoever manages their construction dumpster pickups is AWFUL. They will literally just keep switching you to different people without even letting you tell them what's happening ... they have twice now missed their pickup and took over a month to come back. Job and Family services has paid for these dumpsters for our family to removed everything my dad was hoarding when I inherited his house. This company sucks and there customer service rep is a liar my garbage gets picked on Thursday morning and they didn't get my garbage my wife called them Thursday they said they would pick it up didn't happen she called Friday they said they would pick it up didn't happen no pickup Saturday no pickup Sunday Monday came around so I called she said she would get it taken care of come from work Tuesday morning garbage hadn't been picked up the driver that does my route is an idiot we had a plastic bucket bucket on top of trash... read more
I have had two trash cans busted because they have been thrown. Anyone gonna replace them? I have a camera and there is only one guy that has always set them back up the way they are supposed to be be and are gentle with them. I appreciate him very much that he takes the time and takes it easy with our trash cans.
Have missed my trash pickup several times. I called 3 days in a row after the last time and they said every time they would send someone out but never did. They assured me they were a professional company and didn't give people song and dances but none of that seems true. I asked for a price adjustment since I'm paying for a service I'm not getting but that did not happen either. It's sad because they have a monopoly basically and can do whatever they want.
