I live on a dead-end street (I am the last house), and the garbage collector picked up everyone else’s garbage on the road, but mine. Our pickup is on Thursday morning. I called to report the issue, but since it was the same day, they did not consider it a missed pickup (which I knew meant the collector would never return). After multiple calls, no one showed up, and I was informed that they have 48 hours to complete the pickup, which now extends to Tuesday. I have never been so disappointed in a service provider. Love the service. Always on time and do their job. But the fluctuating prices every month are awful. I've just gotten to the point of paying ( and it's usually over paying) one price every month that I'll know will cover services. It is what it is and I know till our economy is fixed the gas prices will effect us all. In saying that, thank you rumpke...

Our Rumpke team never misses a scheduled pick up. They are consistent in the time frame they normally collect our cans and always return our cans to a safe spot for us to pick them up. Thanks for your professional work ethic.

So I placed our trash cans out at the end of the driveway on Sunday because our pick up is Monday. I even have a neighbor who has the same Rumpke trash service. They picked up his left mine for no reason and I’ve been calling for two days trying to get someone to come pick up our garbage and no one has yet to do it when told “ someone will be there by 8pm.” canceling my service going with another provider save your money go with someone else.

I signed up for service 12 years ago , bought a $75 can, and have had great service since then. I've only had one issue about a month ago when the trash pickup guy slammed the can too hard to empty it and cracked it down the side. I get that cans don't last forever, but when I called, I was told they don't replace them, even tho Iwas not the one who cracked it. I'm totally disappointed they won't take care of this issue, especially because of the cost of a can these days. I guess I'll be buying a Walmart can.
