Friendly drivers, courteous and always place my trash bin back with great care. The neighbor’s (not a Rumpke customer) flag had blown down and your driver stopped and replaced the American flag. That’s when I knew I had the right company!!
I've had Rumpke for a few months now and they are great. If an item is to heavy or I'm unsure if they will take it, I leave it next to my can. They always take it. No complaining, no to eaving a mess, no missed pickups. It's great. I had WM for a few months before Rumpke and they were a mess. Missed 2 of my 4 first pickups. I couldn't wait to get rid of them and I'm so glad I switched. So far Rumpke is great.
Rumpke has picked up our garbage for years and we have always had good service. That being said, due to increasing prices and limited income, I had to cancel my service on Dec 19th. On Dec 23rd, I put my dumpster out, the garbage was picked up on the 24th, and I left my dumpster out at the end of my driveway, streetside, to be picked up by your company. Where it remained. The Rumpke guys are reliable and work hard to get the job done. We recently had 2 mattresses and a box spring picked up and they were prompt and efficient.Never even saw them. They don't have an easy job. Thank you Rumpke! We appreciate you!!
I have a great relationship with Marvin (recyclables) and usually trash men. I've been giving treats every week for both men for past 7 years. I had just put a new planter box(made from my grandpa's barn for us grandkids)with 2 new plants and after trash was picked up my planter was gone. We live on a very, very low traffic road and highly doubt it wad stolen. Rest of my "nice" garden items are nicer and worth more. It was indeed fresh shellac and potting soul.
