Rumpke has picked up our garbage for years and we have always had good service. That being said, due to increasing prices and limited income, I had to cancel my service on Dec 19th. On Dec 23rd, I put my dumpster out, the garbage was picked up on the 24th, and I left my dumpster out at the end of my driveway, streetside, to be picked up by your company. Where it remained. I have a great relationship with Marvin (recyclables) and usually trash men. I've been giving treats every week for both men for past 7 years. I had just put a new planter box(made from my grandpa's barn for us grandkids)with 2 new plants and after trash was picked up my planter was gone. We live on a very, very low traffic road and highly doubt it wad stolen. Rest of my "nice" garden items are nicer and worth more. It was indeed fresh shellac and potting soul. Just a little as three months ago, I would have given them five stars. But lately they send the truck by, it picks up my trashcan and essentially just throws trash everywhere. No one bothers to pay attention to all the trash on the street or where the trashcan lands when the truck puts it down. And then let’s just repeat the same thing with the recycling bin. Had trash service with them for years only switched due to massive price increase and then still debated but was told to put trash can out on certain date and it would be picked up within 2 weeks. Put can put on that day call a week later to find out the showed up and said it wasn't out and would come again to get it. I let it set out there for another week then it gets picked up and they bill me 50 dollars to pick it up. I have never been happier to switch now and can't wait to get all my neighbors to switch

They suck! Several times they have missed my house and I have to contact them repeatedly. If I had a choice, I would not use them and I certainly do not recommend them. They don’t have a problem charging me for their services, just a problem actually doing the job!!!
