The low stars are for customer service only. Trash guys do a great job and are friendly. But customer service had a bad attitude today when I called about a billing issue and seemed annoyed when it was most definitely their mix up not mine. She had zero interest in trying to correct the issue so ultimately I’ll have to still pay for their error.
I had my black trashcan out and they have took it every other Weak and hasn’t said a word about me using it, but today for some reason, they threw it away with the whole trash This is really unacceptable. I work too damn hard and I paid 50 bucks for that trashcan just for your company to throw it away.
Dear Rumpke, Do you consider these pictures good customer service??? These pictures are the result of what is becoming very common and especially on the days when you send the “automatic” trucks because as they lift, the arm holding the can shakes and bounces up and down resulting in trash bags in the can to partially bounce out of the can and against the top of the truck’s opening and then finally to the ground in front of your customer’s driveway. Shout out to the guys that do Cleveland ave in Taylor Mill they always take everything and do a great job. Amazing garbage company 💪
Our trash man, Johnathan Ousley, is the best. He is always friendly and courteous, and he doesn’t leave a mess behind. He always takes the time to close back the gate on my trash receptacle, and if others cover his route, they usually leave it open. It’s the little things that makes a great employee!
