Going on 3 weeks without them taking my trash. Yes it’s paid for. This is becoming ridiculous. Very angry. Is it heavy? Probably because it got skipped for 2 weeks. I mean what else am I supposed to do? Allow it to continue to pile up inside my house because the job isn’t getting done?
Don't waste your time with this place. The drivers don't do their job, and when you call because they missed your trash can they lie to you. Told me they would be back within 48hrs, they never came back. Then next week they intentionally left the trash again. I plan on going all the way to corporate with my complaints. Obviously somebody doesn't know how to do their job.
Rumpke is not a good business to work with! The trashmen skipped out house twice in 3 weeks and I had to call to have them return to do their job. Now, my son bought a house in Erlanger and he did an application 2 weeks ago but still hasn't brought trash cans and won't pick up the trash. I had flagged him down but refused to take the garbage because he doesn't have the right can . I called about the condition of the portable toilets behind the First Christian Church on 5th anserviced. Where the Covington Farmers Market is held. I was told they are serviced every Friday. These toilets have NOT been serviced for several months. I will definitely be checking again this weekend to see if they have actually been serviced. And will continue to post negarive reviews and call until it is improved. Someone is paying for these portable potties and not getting what they are paying for. It is an absolute health ... read more
The gentlemen who collects our regular trash every Thursday morning is a wonderful, polite and respectful individual. He says good morning and smiles/waves. One morning I forgot to put out the cans until I heard the truck coming. This kind gentlemen waited a minute or two for me. I was very appreciative. Rumpke, thank you for such wonderful staff.
