Rumpke has done an excellent job of servicing my needs for the past 18 years I have lived in Florence. They are always on time and have given me directions on large items I have needed to have taken away. The folks on the trucks do a great job of picking up any fallen items during their rounds. Thanks
Terrible customer service! My driver threw away our garbage can that we owned. Rumpke said they would need to verify with the driver and he didn't respond to their inquiry for 4 weeks of requests. Finally he lied and said he didn't take it. Customer service said I needed proof. I guess seeing it full one minute then hearing the truck go by, immediately going out to bring in the cans and it's gone, is not enough. I pray the rosary for an honest company.
needed a dumpster for some renovation work at the house. They showed up when they said they would and when it was time to pick it up they were there on time. Working with several contractors, having someone show up when they said they would and do the job they committed to is a refreshing change. Well done Rumpke.
