Rumpke has done an excellent job of servicing my needs for the past 18 years I have lived in Florence. They are always on time and have given me directions on large items I have needed to have taken away. The folks on the trucks do a great job of picking up any fallen items during their rounds. Thanks
I've had many times that I had oversized items for Rumpke to pick up and it was so easy to call and let them know. Their response was always positive and helpful. Their phone staff is also polite and knowledgeable. I'm glad Rumpke takes care of my trash!
Since we've moved here five years ago, we've always been pleased with your services. Just two years ago, we added a recycle bin, as we have a relatively large assortment of containers and boxes for recycling. I've spoken to a few of your 'technicians' (?) on pick-up days, and they too, enjoy working for Rumpke, as well! You folks must be doing something right! Thank you for this opportunity. I'm one happy Florence, Kentucky customer. ❤️
Terrible customer service! My driver threw away our garbage can that we owned. Rumpke said they would need to verify with the driver and he didn't respond to their inquiry for 4 weeks of requests. Finally he lied and said he didn't take it. Customer service said I needed proof. I guess seeing it full one minute then hearing the truck go by, immediately going out to bring in the cans and it's gone, is not enough. I pray the rosary for an honest company.
The trash on McKee street in Latonia has not been picked up. It is 6:45pm. If They are coming everything is good. If not, this is really bad. Just my opinion as a tax payer. Please contact me with further info. Respectfully, thank you.
