It's a fight to get my garbage picked up and picked up on time. My bill is always paid timely and I try to obey all the rules and there are times my garbage does NOT get picked up. I call they say they will be back but they never come back. Then I have no where to put the garbage till they do come back.
They are good about letting us know if pick up is on schedule for holiday. They are also very curtious when speaking to them. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Don't waste your time with this place. The drivers don't do their job, and when you call because they missed your trash can they lie to you. Told me they would be back within 48hrs, they never came back. Then next week they intentionally left the trash again. I plan on going all the way to corporate with my complaints. Obviously somebody doesn't know how to do their job.
Going on 3 weeks without them taking my trash. Yes it’s paid for. This is becoming ridiculous. Very angry. Is it heavy? Probably because it got skipped for 2 weeks. I mean what else am I supposed to do? Allow it to continue to pile up inside my house because the job isn’t getting done?
Rumpke is not a good business to work with! The trashmen skipped out house twice in 3 weeks and I had to call to have them return to do their job. Now, my son bought a house in Erlanger and he did an application 2 weeks ago but still hasn't brought trash cans and won't pick up the trash. I had flagged him down but refused to take the garbage because he doesn't have the right can .
