Terrible Company! Whatever you do, do not choose this company for your garbage pickup service. I've scheduled a bulk pickup for the past four weeks, and they still haven't picked up my mattress. One of the benefits included with my service is three free bulk pickups per year, which I've never used despite being a customer for many years. I'm tired of the person picking the bag out of the trash can, taking it and leaving everything else in there! I had sticks from the yard, a rock that was in the street when I put the can out last night!
Two weeks now and no trash pick up. I know we have paid our bill. Looks like our entire street has not been picked up. Tried to call different times but all representatives were busy everytime. We have no where to put our trash. Someone please help me figure out was us going on.
