It’s been 14 days since they last picked up my trash.. I have contacted customer service several times and they say 24 to 48 business days to get it but no one has been here yet. Lousy service!

I was told by their customer service when I called in for mattress pick up that they would pick up mattresses leaned against the trash. I asked three times so not curb just lean against trash. when they failed to pick-up today I was told it was because we dis not have out curb. No one knocked on door either when picking up regular trash just knocked mattress over.
