rumple " dave" does not call customers back. we have been with rumpke 20 years and need a new dumpster about 3 years ago - we called and asked rumpke for a replacement dumpster - answer from rumpke - sure we will bring one out to you (office location ) never brought this replacment - called for two years now - not good - needed a replacment for 3 years - rumpke & dave is lousy service dave guy lousy does not call us back and no replacment dumpster did he deliver to us. afte promising for 3 years now

Rumpke is terrible. 2 years of service, bills always paid. several times I had to call in about my trash not being picked up. I paid my bill in December. get a notice the other day my bill is 60 days past due. no call no mail no email stating any problems. I go online and look. It say they closed my account in December and refused the payment. Then wanted to blame me. Said my card was invalid. Not true, I pay all my bills with the same card. If you have a choice of providers, **choose the other company.** After repeated communication and multiple confirmations from Rumpke, I prepared my bulk items exactly as instructed. Customer service was polite, responsive, and did everything they said they would. Unfortunately, the operations team did not. Do you know what this organization does for fun? They drive their trucks through East Columbus neighborhoods at 4 AM, lifting iron-framed dumpsters and dropping them on concrete in apartment complexes within working- and lower-class areas. This disrupts the sleep of little children, elders, and people staying in mental rehabilitation centers. This is not the behavior of a responsible corporate citizen. Report this company to your local city council.

For the 9th time in a row, and the 15th time since January my trash was not picked up on the contracted date. Complaints to Rumpke have been met with only excuses (worker shortage, truck shortage, it's Spring and there's more trash). All excuses are a management problem, not mine. I've been told to leave my trash out the entire day in case the truck does get to my housing development, even if late.
