A great company. Reliable and they pickup just about anything. The first time I visited my daughter here, I took photos of what people left for pickup. I lived in California, at that time where they have strict rules on what you could leave out. Trash only in cans. No bags and cardboard tied up with size limits. Rumpke is great. No complaints.
Completely pleased with Rumpke. Customer service conducted courteously and professionally. Phones are answered promptly by live voices. My two necessary customer service requests were handled promptly and on time as promised. By far, the best home refuse and recycling service I have ever had!
My community does not offer recycling, so I pay Rumpke annually to pick up my recycling 2 times per month. Each of the last 3 months they've skipped our street for 1 of the pickups. Several of us called in 2-3 times each month to get them to pick up our recycling... they came a week later. The phone staff was very empathetic and said they would address this with supervisors, but it's still happening. I'm not planning on renewing.
The service i s exemplary. Drivers are efficient. They could be more conscious of leaving empty receptacles in street. We appreciate notices of changes in service pickup!!! Thanks, good and dependable service
Rumpke has been great! Their drivers are the best! They are always on time, I’ve seen them go out of their way to make sure they pick up everything! I hope they’re paid well! They deserve it!!
