We have been in trash can jail for 3 weeks. Missed a payment they took our trash can. I called and paid immediately. I have called several times. No one puts the order in for a new trash can.. Quick to cut you iff. Try to make it right and paying right away. Yet no trash can and didn't even pickup the trash that we put out. Oh and my neighbor has the exact problem so they bout a trash can and rumke took their trash but took their personal trash can too. What a joke. Customer service is nice, just to get you off the phone t... read more

They said it was unsafe. This is a neighborhood and the road was clear. I had it all on video where they didn't even attempt to pick up the dumpster. They told me to send the video and they would try to get someone back out. I called several hours after sending them the videos and they said that the path to the dumpster wasn't clear. I cleared ... read more
