Matthew Maple is an exceptional employee! We rented a container to clean and gut our house. It’s honestly embarrassing that Madison County and nearby areas rely on Rumpke to serve their residents. Their business model is mediocre at best , disorganized, unresponsive, and completely lacking in accountability. If you request curbside trash pickup, prepare to wait weeks without a clear answer on when (or if) it’ll happen. I’ve had to call them over five times just to get a basic service fulfilled, and still nothing. I was under the impression that trash pick up is weekly but for the last few months this has not been happening. I started to email the company when my trash was not picked up and someone is out the next day which I’m thankful for. My trash was not picked up this past week and I didn’t bother to reach out this time. I hope this is fixed or handled soon.
Trash pick up has been reliable but I just had a driver blow through a light when there was an accident literally on the opposite side of the road and Rumpke provides no way to contact them and report the driver.
If they would pick up the garage from our dumpsters when they're supposed to, the drivers wouldn't have to call the school complaining that they can't get to them! This happens often. 😡 #LEScafe
