Good service always on time great trash service the only time they miss a service is bad weather. They is totally understood by most rates are very reasonable. Just from experience you get what you pay and that goes for anything price, service whatever it may be if you get a super low price most of the time not always it will be scrappy service. I have had many trash services and runpke is by far the best. They are super easy to get in contact with and very polite people. Anyone needing trash service they are the way to go.
Rumpke always picks up our trash on time. Very happy they take the time to tie our trash containers back up so they don’t blow out in the highway. The one thing we aren’t happy about is the extra charges on our bill for gas a the container charges.
Not impressed with the service from Rumpke. We have had several trash services and when Rumpke bought out our last service and took over, we have had nothing but problems. They have raised our rates, missed services, left us with broken cans, left trash on our road side and not communicated well when dates have changed for pick up. I know our neighbors are not impressed either. Customer service is terrible as well. Overall, not happy with their service.
The only reason I give 2 stars, is because the prices are ridiculous! When I became a customer it was Monster trash. I paid $38 every two months. Then Rumpke took over and I now pay $$49.60 every two months! Service is good, prices suck!
The driver that picks up our trash is a very nice young man, very friendly and always on time he never misses a pick up day. Rumpke works with seniors on payment options which is great for those on fixed incomes.
