They are great about weekly pick up. My only issue is the rate the 2 rate increases since last September with no explanations.
Quick in and out but they don’t accept cash.
Not impressed with the service from Rumpke. We have had several trash services and when Rumpke bought out our last service and took over, we have had nothing but problems. They have raised our rates, missed services, left us with broken cans, left trash on our road side and not communicated well when dates have changed for pick up. I know our neighbors are not impressed either. Customer service is terrible as well. Overall, not happy with their service.
Good service always on time great trash service the only time they miss a service is bad weather. They is totally understood by most rates are very reasonable. Just from experience you get what you pay and that goes for anything price, service whatever it may be if you get a super low price most of the time not always it will be scrappy service. I have had many trash services and runpke is by far the best. They are super easy to get in contact with and very polite people. Anyone needing trash service they are the way to go.
I have no idea what the Greene County Transfer Station is. But I can give Rumpke a 5 star rating for picking our trash up every week as scheduled. Your employees do a great job.
