I have been a Rumpke customer for month now only had the trash picked up correctly once. The first time, since then I've had to call because twice a week because they don't pick it up and I'm currently waiting for a supervisor to call me back because once again they have not picked up my trash but yet the bill gets here just fine
The service is good....but I live within smelling distance of the landfill and pay 118.00 every 3 months for service. I told them about this in a survey a couple months ago and they stated they would only charge me the original price of 60.00 for rest of the year but that didn't happen.
Terrible trash service. They regularly skip picking up our trash and tell us that they will send someone to get it and don’t. This has happened several times since we started service in April. They accused us of not putting our can out the first couple of times which was not true. If you don’t like trash building up in your home for an extra week on a regular basis don’t use Rumpke!
We have never had a problem with Rumpke. If there is going to be a delay due to holiday or weather conditions, they are great to give you plenty of advance notice. And the pick-up drivers do not leave things thrown around the yard. We are very satisfied with the service we receive.
The drivers are terrific. Rain, snow or high heat, they always show up. Help them out in snow. Shovel a spot where the driver won’t slip and a spot for the can or bags. I put shaved pine down during winter months to give the driver good traction as well as their truck. Hard working guys you can depend on. Thank you
