Terrible trash service. They regularly skip picking up our trash and tell us that they will send someone to get it and don’t. This has happened several times since we started service in April. They accused us of not putting our can out the first couple of times which was not true. If you don’t like trash building up in your home for an extra week on a regular basis don’t use Rumpke!
I have been a Rumpke customer for month now only had the trash picked up correctly once. The first time, since then I've had to call because twice a week because they don't pick it up and I'm currently waiting for a supervisor to call me back because once again they have not picked up my trash but yet the bill gets here just fine
The recycling paper that I pcup from this location was extremely clean without leaving any odor to my trailer Thank you From. GORANAC TRUCKING 🚚 ALSO loading proces was fast Also People at Facility Very Nice THANK YOU 😊
Failings to pick up trash Constantly are dumpsters have been out at the road now for two weeks with a clear way for them to get to them safely and still the driver didn't pick them up
We have been using Rumpke since July of 2019. Service has been good, it got hit or miss during covid, but that wasn't really their fault! The last 2 years has been very punctual, with no missed pickups! We are happy with their service and pricing! I recommend them! Thanks!
