I've had better service than Rumpke supplies. Prices seem to fluctuate every quarter so I never know how much to budget. But the biggest issue I have is they are sloppy. Twice the workers have left trash in the street. Last week it happened again. It appeared a bag had fallen while loading and burst open. So I had to clean it up. Great service. The price per month seems to have increased a good bit in a rather short time. It is just the two of us and we are elderly. We hardly ever have more than one bag per week. I do like the feeling of being automatically deducted from my account.

Not pleased with Rumpke, I can’t understand how they pass my trash can by that sits next to the road and with the amount we’re paying in trash you would think they would ensure your trash is actually being picked up. In the process of finding a new service. Getting fed up with them.

Fleming County customer. I've been with them 2.5 years. When they don't skip me they do alright. But when they do skip me, 6 or 7 times in the time period, they have only followed through on return twice. Only last week, was there bad weather, that caused delay. That said they still did not return within 48 hours as promised and roads were clear enough. They have not been reliable. In fact, my neighbor says they are canceling them too. I have called Rumpke a couple times. Every time I call, I get professional people. They are friendly, sound chipper, and take care of all your needs wether it’s a new Herbie to paying your bill. And if I’m out when the trucks are running, they are respectful of property and do a flip of the hand to acknowledge me. Awesome!!
