We moved into our new home in Mid June. We decided to go with Rumpke over the local competitor because Rumpke offered recycling. Rumpke dropped off our recycling bin prior to us moving in. Week 1, they picked up our trash, but not the recycling. I called in about it and they put a Do Not Miss order on our account and assured me it would be picked up Week 2.
