Had them for about a year now and the missed 4 times , I had to call and every time they said I didn’t have my trash out in time. That’s a lie , I have a ring camera pointed in that direction to show that the diver lied. 2 weeks later they didn’t pick it up and said trash can was empty, that was false. I would recommend finding another trash service.
Let's get serious 🤪 because I hate garbage it stinks ...it clutters it just messes up your yard and I can't stand it BUT I LIKE RUMPKE *****again I LIKE RUMPKE because they are efficient, on time, they tell you about Holiday pick up and recently I saw programs I had not seen before... so they are forward moving. Did I mention 🤔 they will pick up very large items, BUT MOST OF ALL THE STAFF... It seems like I deal with the same person, and if so, she is the absolute 💯 % best and a very hard worker. She is Patient, kind, and... read more
Rumpke provides reliable, consistent service with hardworking, courteous drivers. Pickups are always on time depending on weather/Road conditions (understandable), drivers truly care about doing the job right. It’s clear they take pride in their work.
This company is to say the least trashy. From trashy customer service that wants to talk and not listen to the customer. To their trash truck driver just driving right on by when the trash is setting out on the curb for pick up. Bill is paid and up to date but yet they won’t come back and pick my trash up that their driver missed. How do you miss a Rumpke brown toter setting right beside a one lane road with trash on top of it because they didn’t pick me up last week. Rumpke should stick to roll off in the commercial industr... read more
One star is too much. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. And that’s not an exaggeration. To start with Ironton Ohio. The address listed for Rumpke is not correct. No one answers the phones. Finally someone at a gas station led me to where the dump site is for me to drop off some trash. I get there only to be treated absolutely horrible by the lady at the Scales. There are no instructions on what to do nor do they give you any. This lady was getting so frustrated. She’s right in the face talking to me like I... read more
