One star is too much. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. And that’s not an exaggeration. To start with Ironton Ohio. The address listed for Rumpke is not correct. No one answers the phones. Finally someone at a gas station led me to where the dump site is for me to drop off some trash. I get there only to be treated absolutely horrible by the lady at the Scales. There are no instructions on what to do nor do they give you any. This lady was getting so frustrated. Lived in the area for 5 months. Ive had weeks where noone has picked up. My most recent bill was double charged. Definitely not reliable or worth the hassle
This company is to say the least trashy. From trashy customer service that wants to talk and not listen to the customer. To their trash truck driver just driving right on by when the trash is setting out on the curb for pick up. Bill is paid and up to date but yet they won’t come back and pick my trash up that their driver missed. How do you miss a Rumpke brown toter setting right beside a one lane road with trash on top of it because they didn’t pick me up last week.
