Let's get serious 🤪 because I hate garbage it stinks ...it clutters it just messes up your yard and I can't stand it BUT I LIKE RUMPKE *****again I LIKE RUMPKE because they are efficient, on time, they tell you about Holiday pick up and recently I saw programs I had not seen before... so they are forward moving. Very happy with your service. He leaves the garbage container a little close to the road and it gets blown in the ditch by traffic but other than that no problems. It's just me and my wife here now and it would be nice if we could get the service a little cheaper. We're both retired now and usually only have one to two bags a week. We take several bags a week up to recycle at the fairgrounds. Thank you for the great job!
We have been at our location 40 years and have always been satisfied with our service. Some how 1 time in those 40 years did our garbage not get picked up and they sent someone right out. There is never any trash in the ground after pick ups an all odd shaped items are picked up. Great partner!
We have been using Rumpke services since 1994. In all of that time, we have had very good service from the people who pick-up our trash and Customer Service when we have called. They will pick-up large items, when you call ahead, and follow their procedures for wrapping, etc. Over the years, they have improved their website and communicate holidays better through email. They keep expanding the types of recycled goods that they take. Overall, I would recommend them.
Always on time with trash pick up on scheduled day so that is great so that gets a high mark! However, if I could chose a second star rating it’d be a 2. Price is too high, seems new customers would get a better starting rate than long term customers, evident when I’d called to complain a few years ago, they lowered my rate and it lasted 1 billing cycle then went right back to where it had been.
