My experience with them has been that when contacted they respond promptly and courteously. They strive to provide the best service possible to their customers.If you have questions, they are available for answers.
Not a good company at all. They let the drivers do reckless behavior and do nothing about it. The customer service is terrible and they will argue with you and act like nothing is their fault. Worst service I’ve ever experienced!!!!
Trash is not being picked up on scheduled days. Talk to call center people when you call them, they have no idea whats going on. Route Supervisors have a difficult time calling customers back. Getting real tired of having to call every week that my garbage is not being picked up. About to the point of dropping the can off at your office door, and charging you for my time of delivering it. Horrible! Missed our stop, told us they would be out the next day. It has been 4 days and no-one has been out. Worst company ever!!!! Trash just keeps adding up! We had a few missed pickups when we first moved in last summer, but once they realized we were living here, there were no further problems. They always returned to empty our cans when this did happen in a timely manner. There were no problems either with their picking up moving boxes, rugs, and larger pieces of furniture, that were damaged during the move. We followed the guidelines concerning the proper way of handling these larger items, and they always picked them up.
