I've switched to Rumpke Waste & Recycling a few years ago and it has been a definite improvement over their competition. The crews are always pleasant when I see them and the service is dependable.
Rumpke has always done a good job for us.They are reliable and never miss their rounds.We count on them and they come through.
I've had Rumke for many years and they are friendly, prompt and give great service.
For twenty years now we have used Rumpke and in all those years I have never had a disappointing experience. On the contrary, the crews have been very accommodating and have always taken care of our trash and recycling, even when we were clearly over the limit. Rarely have I found any debris that may have fallen out during pickup, and the guys are always friendly during their service run. **** * ********* **** **********

I am very happy with the service from Rumpke. They are always on time with the pick ups and the employees are always very friendly!
Overall, Rumpke has done a fine job for us. I don't have any complaints but I do have a suggestion. It bothers me that as a retired couple who composts and creates very little trash that we have to pay the same fees as a family of eight. I suppose it would be difficult to verify household numbers but some sort of accommodation for retired folks, single parents with just a few kids etc would be very helpful.
This morning I had an encounter with Bill, the trash man from rumpke on ******** ***Court at approximately 8:00. I'm an amputee missing an arm and his demeanor and also attitude were through the roof he was a delight to deal with. I'm so glad we have people like him in the world. Thanks again Bill. I hope that's actually your name. I can't quite remember but I wanted to reach out and say thank you for going above and beyond. Your attitude is infectious. Thank you one last time
